  "Description": "Provides functions to calculate and visualise the Regional\nConsistency Probability (RCP) for single-arm multi-regional\nclinical trials (MRCTs) using the Effect Retention Approach\n(ERA). Six endpoint types are supported: continuous, binary,\ncount (negative binomial), time-to-event via hazard ratio,\nmilestone survival, and restricted mean survival time (RMST).\nFor each endpoint, both a closed-form (or semi-analytical)\nsolution and a Monte Carlo simulation approach are implemented.\nTwo consistency evaluation methods are available: Method 1\n(effect retention in Region 1 relative to the overall\npopulation) and Method 2 (simultaneous positive effect across\nall regions). Plotting functions generate faceted\nvisualisations of RCP as a function of the regional allocation\nproportion, overlaying formula and simulation results for\ndirect comparison. The methodology follows the Japanese MHLW\nguidelines for MRCTs. Abbreviations used: RCP (Regional\nConsistency Probability), MRCT (Multi-Regional Clinical Trial),\nRMST (Restricted Mean Survival Time), MHLW (Ministry of Health,\nLabour and Welfare).",
